A: The cost will vary depending on ceiling height, interior walls, as well as the number of doors, windows and other options. Starrco modular office systems will range between $20.00 and $40.00 per square foot on average.

Q: How long does it take to install a Starrco modular office system?

A: Installation is quick, clean and easy. Typically, your modular office will be completely functional in one-fourth the time of permanent construction. You drastically reduce your down time with no mess, dust or debris. Often, your modular office can be installed over the weekend and be ready for work Monday morning.

Q: Are there building size restrictions?

A: A solution may be as small as an 8′ x 8′ modular office. Larger, more complex structures are even available in multi-story configurations.

Q: Is the cost of transporting the buildings expensive?

A: An estimate of transportation costs are included in the initial quote of your project and are fairly inexpensive and it typically outweighs the liabilities of having materials left on-site and exposed to environmental elements, theft or even vandalism.

Q: Will I need an architect?
