All materials used are pre-cut and completely ready for installment; this means no taping, sanding, sawing, or painting is required. 6. Tax depreciation advantages. Currently, Starrco’s modular offices are allotted for favorable depreciation under present tax laws. Starrco products qualify for a 7 year depreciation period while conventional construction is depreciated over 39 years. That is a yearly write off of slightly over 14% (or 1/7) of project cost. This difference in depreciation greatly reduces your total project cost and saves you money upfront.
